Rustic Arugula Flatbread
This flatbread has a thin, crispy crust with a creamy, savory cashew spread and different textures from the arugula and yellow squash. The balsamic reduction really adds a different level of flavor to the whole thing recipe; it would make a great entree OR fancy appetizer!
